Sticky Pads & Screws - Fixing Kit Saver Bundle

The number plate fixing kit bundle puts sticky pads and screws in one pack: the sticky pads fixing kit and the screw fixing kit, the same two kits we sell on their own. It is for anyone who does not yet know which fixing their vehicle needs, or who wants both to hand, and it covers a front and rear plate with either method.

What's included

• The sticky pads fixing kit: 10 double-sided, weather-resistant adhesive pads, enough for two plates with spares.
• The screw fixing kit: 4 number plate screws, 2 yellow caps for the rear plate and 2 white caps for the front.

• Standard UK plates, motorbike plates, oversize rear plates, 4x4 square plates, and 3D gel and 4D plates.
• Most cars, vans and light commercial vehicles.

Which fixing to use

Pads fit a plate to a clean, flat surface without drilling, which keeps the plate sealed against water. Use them wherever the surface allows. Screws suit a surface that will not take a pad, a vehicle that already has screw holes in the right place, or a plate that must not come off by hand. Drill from the back of the plate with light pressure; drilling damage is not a manufacturing defect and is not covered by the plate warranty. On a Mercedes-Benz with a factory plastic plinth, use the screws: oil released by the plinth weakens the pads. The fitting guide walks through both methods.
